The big dog gets even bigger when Dynamaxing, but does Clifford have a real shot at being good?
Not really. While It CAN work as an attacker if bring in for Max Moves and then switch a defender in directly after, and it CAN defend with Bite (if you want to drop an Elite TM), it's out-classed in pretty much every meaningful way. Honestly, Arcanine's best utility is a solid early Dynamax that can cover Dark, Electric, and Fire, but it's outclassed pretty quickly.... but it's probably not worth the Elite TM.

- Fire Fang is the best way to score the highest damage that Dynamax Arcanine can muster with Max Flare.
- Thunder Fang can work for Max Lightning
- Bite* is preferred for Max Darkness and is basically needed if you want to use Dynamax Arcanine defensively, but dropping an Elite TM isn't a great idea, and Snarl is.... okay?
