Mega Raichu Y got the better end of the deal in terms of its stats. As is always the case with X and Y split evolutions, Y ended up more focused while X ended up more spread out, meaning Y is taking the crown between the two.

Mega Raichu Y is actually a really good Mega Evolution. Its performance is very similar to Regieleki, and it stands as the top Electric Type Mega Evolution in the game, at least until Mega Zeraora drops someday. It's not destined for eternal greatness, but it's definitely better than the competition!
