Breakpoint Calculator

Calculate the level where your Pokémon's moves deal +1 damage (or -1 damage taken for defensive breakpoints). Learn more about breakpoints. You can also simulate breakpoints using your own Pokemon from My Pokemon.

The tables below show damage values at different levels and Attack IVs. Each cell represents the damage dealt at that specific level and IV combination.

  • Breakpoints occur when damage increases by 1. Look for the diagonal color transitions in the grid, these show where powering up your Pokémon will increase damage output.
  • Color coding: Lower damage values are shown in red/orange, while higher damage values are shown in green. The selected Attack IV column is highlighted with a blue border.

Use the slider above to select your Pokémon's Attack IV, then find the level where the damage increases in that column - that's your breakpoint level!

Select an attacker, defender, and at least one move to calculate breakpoints.
