Analysis
Shadow Noivern doesn't have much going for it at all. It can manage a useable Flying Type moveset, but not even the Shadow boost really helps here.
Offense
- Air Slash and Hurricane is the only full moveset with the same type for both moves, but it's not great.
- You COULD match Air Slash with Draco Meteor for maximum Super Effective damage... but there are only three possible pairings where this works: Dragon/Grass, which is double-weak to Ice, Dragon/Fighting, which is double-weak to Fairy, and Dragon/Bug, which doesn't currently exist.
- Boomburst is a great move for neutral matchups, but there are vastly better options here.
- Bite, Heat Wave, Psychic... nope.
