Regice has almost no offensive presence. Don't spend your resources.
Offense
- Frost Breath + Blizzard is Shadow Regice's only really viable attacking set in light of its poor Attack stat.
- Lock-On is for PvP only.
PvP
Lock-on provides superior Energy generation, allowing Regice to throw out Blizzard or Earthquake in a reasonable amount of time despite their high energy cost.
Regice is no Registeel. Despite its high bulk, a mono-Ice typing does it no favors, as it's weak to a number of high-profile Pokemon in the league.
