Buzzwole Raid Guide
MAXIMUM BUZZ!
Buzzwole... doesn't have much utility. In fact, there isn't currently a game mode where it isn't just potential filler at best. It's not particularly good in PvP, and its PvE is a weak filler at best. Still, this is another Tier 5 raid that can potentially be soloed, though the margin for error is far smaller than what we have with Pheromosa's paper-thin Defense and double-weakness to one of the strongest types in the game.
Supreme Counters
The list here is going to be much smaller this time, as we're only going to focus on the Pokemon that are generally solo-worthy at lv.40 without boosts.
As should be far from a surprise at this point, Mega Rayquaza is the top option here. With outstanding raw power and insane TDO boosted by great resistances, this thing wrecks Buzzwole with ease.
Another killer option for this raid, Moltres has the second highest TDO of the generally solo-worthy options for this raid, making it a natural pick for this raid.
Shadow Toucannon boasts a DPS that's second only to Mega Rayquaza in this raid, but it's also a bit on the frail side in comparison to the above options. It's definitely not bad, but it may need a bit of dodging to be genuinely effective.
Another DPS monster with great TDO, Rayquaza is a great pick that puts in fantastic work.
Shadow Staraptor toes the line when it comes to being solo-worthy. It just barely makes the cut at lv.40, so it's really best to only attempt the solo if you've also got some of the higher ups to back it up or a few damage boosts.
Good Counters
The top option s in this section may be solo-worthy if brought above Lv.40 or if accompanied by boosts, but they're all definitely duo-worthy.
