Dynamax Walrein

Dynamax Walrein is basically Gigantamax Lapras... but worse. It really wants to act as a bulky Ice/Water Type, but its lower bulk and lack of a 0.5 second Fast Move to quickly generate energy leaves it literally a worse version of the aforementioned Gigantamax. But what about offensive performance? It has higher Attack than Gigantamax Lapras, so it's got the win there, right? Well, to start with... it's not really good enough to be a GOOD attacker on its own, with a mediocre Attack stat and the aforementioned bad Fast Move options. And if that's not bad enough, Gigantamax Lapras also has a G-Max move, meaning it deals more Ice Type damage than Walrein. The ONE thing it does better than Gigantamax Lapras is throw out Water Type Max Moves... but there are MUCH better options for this role.
