Urshifu - Rapid Strike has... problems. To start with, it's a very solid Fighting Type that can surpass many of the better non-Shadow/Legendary/Mega options, though it definitely falls behind even the mediocre Shadows. But how does it do as a Water Type?
... Aqua Jet.
Do yourself a favor and don't bother if that's what you're after.
Offense
- Counter and Dynamic Punch is the way to go.
- Waterfall and Aqua Jet exists as a moveset that can potentially be chosen.
- Rock Smash, Brick Break, Close Combat, and Aqu-....er.... yeah, they're bad moves.
