Dynamax Electivire is a genuinely powerful option for throwing around Max Lightning. This thing has a 0.5 second Fast Move and a relatively good Attack stat, even dwarfing Gigantamax Toxtricity... but that doesn't make it stronger, sadly.
Dynamax Electivire is about 11% stronger than Gigantamax Toxtricity in terms of Attack, and it also boasts higher bulk as well. However, Gigantamax Toxtricity has access to a G-Max Move, which is about 22% stronger than an equivalent Max Move. For this reason, Dynamax Electivire falls into the same rut that it's been in since its release; in direct competition with Raikou. However, Dynamax Electivire arguably pulls ahead of Dynamax Raikou in this case more than in the PvE meta, as it can hide behind a tank that builds energy for it and then come out to launch a Max Lightning, making Dynamax Raikou's extra bulk a bit lackluster compared to Dynamax Electivire's extra Attack.
That all said, is Dynamax Electivire bad? Of course not! This thing is still a strong Pokemon that can get the work done, and in many cases the difference between it and "stronger" options will be largely negligible. This is still a great Pokemon that can put in great work.

- Thundershock is the move of choice; it builds energy quickly and results in Max Lightning.
- Low Kick can work if you're desperate for Max Knuckle, but there are definitely better options.
