Zekrom Raid Guide

The Darkest Day casts a dark shadow on the Dragon meta, and is a natural pick here. While it (like just about all of the dragons on this list) doesn't like facing down Outrage from Zekrom, it's still very much capable of throwing out tremendous damage and lasting a surprisingly long time.

Mega Rayquaza remains the top pick for anything weak to Dragon, descending from the heavens to lay waste. It's a bit on the frail side here due to its Flying sub-typing removing Dragon's Electric resistance, but it can still punch massive holes whole on the field while boosting the raw power of other Dragon Types on the field at the same time.

Dragon isn't the only type that can take Zekrom down, as Black Kyurem and its devastating Freeze Shock demonstrates. A monster in its own right, this half-Zekrom beast can deal extremely heavy damage in short order while evading an Outrage or Flash Cannon or two when applicable.

White Kyurem's raw damage output is a bit lower than its Black counterpart due to the fact that it more specializes as an Ice Type damage dealer, but it still hits all of the same benchmarks here.

While Mega Garchomp can't quite keep up with Mega Rayquaza's raw power, it does have one major advantage; a triple-resistance to Electric Type moves that can artificially boost its bulk through the roof.

Basically the same story as Mega Garchomp, Shadow Garchomp lasts a very long time despite its Shadow defense-drop due to that triple-resistance to Electric Type moves.

One of the top Shadow Dragons, Shadow Salamence hits hard. It's not going to last an extremely long time, especially given the fact that it doesn't resist Electric Type moves, but it's still outstanding.

Shadow Palkia isn't extremely happy facing down Zekrom's Electric Type attacks, but it still works very well.

Primal Groudon doesn't have Mega Garchomp's triple-resistance, but it has a better matchup against non-Electric movesets.
