Dynamax
Dynamax Kingler has dem big pincers ready to go, but they're just a bit underpowered. Sure, it can drop a reasonably strong Max Geyser, or can also throw out Max Flutterby or Max Quake, but Water has some stronger options running around, including a strong contender for the best Water Type Dynamax/Gigantamax Pokemon that we're likely to see. If you're dead-set on using Kingler, then go for Gigantamax Kingler instead; Santa Claws is substantially stronger.
Offensive
Defensive
- Bubble is for Max Geyser, giving Dynamax Kingler its strongest utility.
- Metal Claw and Mud Shot* work for Max Steelspike and Max Quake, respectively, and they have shorter windows for superior energy generation, but it's generally better to not try to tank with Kingler.
- On that note, if you're ever possessed to attempt defensive play with Dynamax Kingler, then either of these moves work.... but it's probably better to stick with Metal Claw, as it's not Elite.
