Bunny with big ball go boom.

Gigantamax Cinderace can throw out big numbers that dwarf its normal Dynamax forme its G-Max Move and its higher power. In fact, any other Dynamax Pokemon using Max Flare would have to break 306 Attack to match or surpass it. In most cases, Gigantamax Cinderace is basically Gigantamax Charizard but better thanks to its higher Attack stat. On that note, it's pretty glassy, so the battle won't last long if your tank drops and it's on the field without someone else using Max Guard to redirect attacks away from it.

Attacker5/5

As stated, Dynamax Cinderace is currently the top Fire Type option for Max Battles. G-Max Fireball puts it above everything else, and its only real competition in the future are Blacephalon or Galarian Darmanitan's Zen Mode, though the lack of a Fire Type Fast Move on the latter makes it a bit more tenuous. Regardless, don't worry about investing here, as Dynamax Cinderace is very safe moving forward, and may remain the best Fire Type Max Battle attacker permanently.

Defender1/5

It's a big bunny, but still just a bunny.

Healer1/5

That HP stat isn't doing Cinderace many favors.

Max out G-Max Fireball first and foremost. If you're determined to make Gigantamax Cinderace as strong as possible, then maybe consider unlocking Max Guard in case Cinderace is left without a tank to hide behind, but it's honestly better to throw out an additional G-Max Fireball instead.

Best
Good
  • While Fire Spin is the obvious pick, it's actually better to go with Tackle. All roads lead to G-Max Fireball, so better to use the faster fast move in case Cinderace ends up with its defender(s) down. It can actually last a few Dynamax cycles if someone on your team is using Max Guard to redirect attacks and you don't have to deal with many AoE moves, so better to get out as much energy as possible.
