Dynamax Raikou is a legitimate threat of an Electric Type, unleashing powerful Max Lightnings. That said, this is also the prototypical vanilla Electric Type. It's strong, but it really doesn't have anything to speak of outside of its general raw strength as an Electric Type damage dealer. Still, being vanilla is NOT bad, as Dynamax Raikou can still put in amazing work.
