Best Movesets
Dynamax Gallade has a lot of raw power in Max Battles. While in normal raids it suffers from being forced to use the sub-optimal Low Kick as a Fighting Type Fast Move, here it doesn't really matter as Gallade will be hiding behind tanks and letting them put in the Fast Move work anyway! Because its bulk generally doesn't matter, Dynamax Gallade can drop powerful Max Knuckle, Max Mindstorm, or even Max Starfall and then get behind a tank again. On the whole, Dynamax Gallade is a solid investment that can definitely pay dividends in Max Raids due to its relatively high power and good role compression.
Dynamax Roles
While it's A BIT low on Attack comparatively speaking, the ability for Dynamax Gallade to cover Fighting, Poison, Steel, Rock, Normal, Ice, and Dark makes it a very attractive investment due to its tremendous role compression. Add to that Dragon if you want to use Charm, and this is pretty obviously a great option for early game.
Low bulk and only two resistances, neither of which is double or triple, means Gallade REALLY doesn't want to take the field for any length of time unless something else is on the field using Max Guard to keep the raid boss's attention.
That HP stat is pretty abysmal, and the resulting Max Spirit is too weak to matter too much.
Go for Gallade's Max Move damage, and nothing else really matters. Max Guard CAN be okay for some solos if you're desperate, but DO NOT use it in any real Max Battles, as redirecting attacks to Gallade while it's on the field is not a good idea.
